Classes in pole sport, chinese pole techniques applied to pole sports, artistic pole, flying pole and in preparation for competitions and events.
Classes are structured to give students a complete overview through theoretical explanations alongside practical instruction. This method makes it possible to transmit not only technical skills but also knowledge, information, and notions necessary for practice.
Courses can be taught in English, French, Italian, German and Spanish.
I offer courses in:
FLYING POLE
Aerial pole technique: traditional elements of pole sport and dynamic elements in static, static spin, orbit and pendulum. Insight into notions: control of spin, levers and movement based on the type of pole, placement on it and type of technical element. Level required: intermediate
POLE SPORT
Traditional and special strength elements, in static and spin, also combined with functional chinese pole techniques applied to pole sports. Levels: Basic, Intermediate, Advanced
ARTISTIC POLE
Pole is dance and should be interpreted as such. This class allows the students to create, starting from a basic choreography, a personal choreographic routine according to taste and level, thanks to the combination of contemporary dance, theater, and elements at the pole. Level required: intermediate
INDIVIDUAL LESSONS
Working individually with the instructor allows not only to take advantage of an ad-hoc lesson but makes it possible to decide if to attend an intensive technique class or a more creative session, refining the details that make each style unique. Available for pole sport, artistic pole, and flying pole. No specific level is required
PREPARATION FOR COMPETITIONS AND EVENTS Preparation and/or accompaniment and/or individual training to prepare for competitions (specialized in IPSF competitions), performances, casting, auditions
WORKSHOPS – ALL THE ABOVE In the case of a workshop, group classes last 120’, including a 30′ warm-up and 90′ of practice. In the case of a full multi-hour course, for group classes I suggest a duration of 80′, including a 20′ warm-up. The suggested duration of individual classes is 80′ — To all workshop participants I offer a theoretical lesson, a time for open discussion to give personal advice on how best to approach a performance, competition, or casting, how to behave before and after an event, how to possibly defeat performance anxiety and try to find the right motivation
I am open and available to suggestions, specific requests or wishes.
